Our Barbera is refined just in stainless steel tanks for 7 months and it is typically a simple and immediate wine but very pleasant.
In fact, the unmistakable characteristic that this grape variety gives to wine is its marked freshness and an almost absence of tannins.
The color is purple with violet reflections.
It gives to the nose typical scents of red fruit such as plum and strawberry, with light notes of black fruits like blackberries or blueberries, sometimes with delicate hints of violet. On the palate, you can find the liveliness and fragrance of fresh fruit.
