Beef Wellington (500g) - Frozen
The Butcher's Dog mouthwatering beef wellington is prepared using prime cut tenderloin, coated with a layer of creamy pate de foie and aromatic duxelles mushroom and wrapped in a buttery puff pastry baked to medium-rare perfection.
- Remove frozen roast beef wellington from freezer to fridge and let it sit until it reaches room temperature before reheating.
- Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 min.
- Place beef wellington into preheated oven for approx 10 min.
