Richly, fragrant and creamy-textured blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, grown at Bendigo, in Central Otago, and disgorged after four years on its yeast lees. Intensely flavoured, biscuity and slightly buttery, with impressive complexity and a nutty, long finish.
