A refined and appealing Pinot Noir that opens with lifted aromas of licorice, savory herbs and violets amidst ripe and plump plums and berries.
Selected Pinot Noir clones were individually hand-harvested. Specific parcels of wine were fermented naturally while others were inoculated with selected yeasts strains. The wine was pressed to a selection of French barriques.
