Citran is a Bordeaux wine from the appellation Haut-Medoc rated Cru Bourgeois. The winery is located on the Left Bank of France's Bordeaux wine region in the commune of Avensan. Chateau Citran is one of the oldest properties in the Medoc. In 1996, the Merlaut family took over the reins of the estate. This property produces elegant Haut-Medoc wines that combine tradition and modernity.
