Over the stovetop:
- Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add a tbsp of olive oil into the pan.
- Place steak into pan and flip after 1 to 2 min on each side for medium.
- Sear for 2 to 3 min to give it a nice crust.
- Let steak rest before serving.
