Comes with homemade chestnut stuffing. More tender and flavourful than regular chicken, our Roasted Capon is a great choice for poultry to complement any respectable festive gatherings.

Reheating Guidelines
Capon Chicken:
- Take the chilled roast Capon Chicken out from the refrigerator and let it sit until it reaches room temperature before reheating.
- Preheat oven to 180°C for about 10 min. Brush chicken skin with cooking oil or spray with cooking spray to prevent skin from drying. Place chicken in the preheated oven.
- Lower the temperature to 160°C and heat it for approximately 20 to 30 min or until the skin turns crispy. Let it stand for 15 minutes before carving and serving immediately.
Note: These instructions are meant as guidelines only. Every oven and microwave is slightly different and temperature settings will vary. Overheating any of these products will affect their quality.
