Roast Turkey: Remove Roasted Turkey from the refrigerator and let it sit until it reaches room temperature before reheating.
- Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 min.
- Place turkey breast side up, on flat rack in a shallow roasting pan of 2.5 inches deep. Brush skin with cooking oil or spray with cooking spray to prevent the skin from drying. The turkey may be heated with or without the foil wrapping. To ensure it will not dry out, place the turkey on a rack and add water to the cavity and bottom of the pan.
- If you have a food thermometer, the turkey should ideally be reheated to 73°C.
- Let it stand for 10 min before carving and serving immediately.
Stuffing: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place covered pan of stuffing in the oven for around 15 mins. Remove the foil covering to brown the top for the last 10 min. if desired. (May be heated in microwave also.)
