Kapiti Kanuka Havarti 175 G
Our Kapiti Kānuka Havarti Smoked has a smooth, buttery flavour and a subtle smoky taste as liquid smoke delivers notes of hickory and ash. The name Kanuka comes from the coastal New Zealand Kanuka tree that has beautiful white flowers and covers much of Kapiti Island.
Best Serve at room temperature to allow the cheese’s full flavour, aroma and texture to bloom. Remove the cheese from the fridge, place on the platter or board, then cover with a clean damp cloth an hour before serving.
Storage : After it’s been opened, re-wrap in cling film or aluminium foil and then place in an airtight container to prevent cross-contamination and drying out.
