Intense cherry-red colour with violet hues. Smoky berry aromas ooze toasted oak while black fruit scents display a touch of green in the background. Saturated and full with a long, persistent, rubbery and tannic finish.
Pairing: Lamb, smoked meats, stews, salmon, codfish, red tuna, blue cheese and cured cheese.
