Dark red with purple edges, it has aromas of dark fruits with dried herbs and subtle candied orange peel. This medium bodied red wine has lifted black fruits with red and dark cherry flavours. The soft ripe tannins provide balance and harmony to the wine. The well balanced acid provides length to the wine giving a satisfying finish.
Pairs well with slow cooked beef short ribs with honey mustard glaze or butterfly leg of lamb on the barbeque with chimichurri sauce.
