CHILLED ROASTED CAPON CHICKEN

Our Roast Capon Chicken is freshly roast-to-order, blast-chilled and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Please allow 4 working days (excluding Sunday & Public Holiday) to process your order. Collection is available from 20 November, whilst stock last.

CAPON CHICKEN: Take the chilled roast Capon Chicken out from the refrigerator and let it sit until it reaches room temperature before reheating.
Preheat oven to 180° Celsius for about 10 minutes. Brush chicken skin with cooking oil or spray with cooking spray to prevent skin from drying. Place chicken in the pre-heated oven. Lower temperature to 160 degrees celsius and heat it for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until skin turns crispy. Let stand 15 minutes before carve and serve immediately.
Stuffing should be cooked separately in a pan. Place stuffing in a pan and cover with aluminium foil. Place into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. For best results, remove foil at the last 5 minutes to allow stuffing to brown.
STUFFING: Preheat oven to 180° Degree Celsius. Place covered pan of stuffing in the oven for around 15 mins. Remove the foil covering to brown the top for the last 10 min. if desired. (May be heated in microwave also.)
