Pujanza Valdepoleo
A wine of dual character. From this dual character comes a fresh, vibrant and subtle wine in perfect harmony, deep and elegant in complexity.
Attractive and seductive with warm aromas of red berry fruits and nuances of scented blossoms and tertiary notes. Very well balanced - delicate with a round attack, polished tannins, and no sharp edges. Serve between 16 to 18ºC.
Additional Notes: Pujanza Finca Valdepoleo is born from a vineyard where each year, precise parceling work is carried out following orographic criteria. It is always a limited production wine where fermentation is carried out in small stainless steel deposits differentiated by soil. In the same deposits, malolactic fermentation is performed and it is then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
