The Butcher's Dog's Satay Sauce is prepared from freshly-roasted, ground peanuts simmered in a blend of homemade sauce and spices for a sweet, earthy flavour. Suitable as a dipping sauce for chicken, beef and mutton satay, or pour-over gravy for vermicelli.
