Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Reheating Guidelines
Remove the chilled Roast Beef Wellington from refrigerator and let it sit until it reaches room temperature before reheating. Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 min. Place Beef Wellington in the pre-heated oven and heat it for approximately 10 min.
