Re-heating Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 165°C
- Remove vacuum bag and place on baking tray, cover loosely with foil
- Fill a separate baking tray with 1- inch of water and place it at lowest oven rack
- Roasting time depending on weight:
- For 1 – 2 kg : Temperature : 150°C - 160°C. Duration : 10 – 15 minutes
- For 3 – 5 kg : Temperature : 150°C - 160°C. Duration : 15 – 25 minutes
- For 6 – 8 kg : Temperature : 150°C - 160°C. Duration : 25 – 35 minutes
