A stunning centrepiece for the festive season of Christmas. Striploin roast is a lean, flavourful and tender cut from the short loin.
Weight: Approx. 1.2kg before roasting
Note: Our Roasted Beef Striploin is blast-chilled and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Available while stocks last.

Step 1: Take Roast Beef Ribeye from the chiller and let it sit until it reaches room temperature before reheating.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 180°C for approx. 15 min.
Step 3: Wrap Roast Beef Ribeye loosely in aluminimum foil and place into the pre-heated oven. Lower temperature to 160°C and heat it for approx. 15 to 30 min.
Step 4: Let it stand for 10 min. before carving and serving immediately.
