Mendel Cabernet Franc
Intense ruby red. Fresh, spicy and fruity. Pleasant and refreshing with red fruit scents of raspberries and cherries and spicy hints of pink and black pepper. Serving temperature: 16 - 18ºC.
A beautifully balanced Cabernet Franc from Altamira in Mendoza. Due to this alpine terroir, it is delightfully expressive, with the grape enjoying the long season to reach a full and consistent ripeness while retaining its bright fruit flavours and aromatics.

92/100 Parker's Wine Advocate
"The spicy and peppery 2019 Cabernet Franc was again produced with the grapes from their vineyard planted in Altamira in 2012. It was produced in the classic Mendel way: fermented in stainless steel, including malolactic, and aged in French barriques for 12 months. It's herbal with good varietal character, classical, combining ripeness and good freshness." Drink 2021 - 2025
