Deep purple with red edges. Intense aromas of dark fruits with spicy notes of pepper and toasty oak. This complex Shiraz has a bold palate full of lifted sweet red and dark fruits including mulberries and black cherry. It has ample fruit intensity with spice, soft acid and medium ripe tannins to balance the palate. Perfect to pair with rump steak and duck fat potatoes, or smoked brisket with barbeque sauce.
