Cooking Guidelines:
- Aromatic herbs like rosemary, oregano and thyme pair well with lamb.
Thawing And Storage:
Minced lamb can be kept frozen for up to 6 months. Once defrosted, keep chilled in fridge for 2 to 3 days.
